The birth place of Joe Hachem is Lebanon in the year 1966. He is a Lebanese Australian professional poker player. He is not the first Australian player to win main event of WSOP in the year 2005, but even beat out many great players in a largest number of 5,618. It is a record breaking that Hachem took cash prize of $7.5 million from his very first tournament attempt. Later on he moved to Australia with his loving family during 1970’s and since then he has continued living there. By the time of 1990’s he started looking at poker card games more seriously and started practicing.

He held a practice of chiropractic for 13 years unless a disorder of rare blood took over it and stayed away from the poker table, he returned back in 2000 after curing. Due to the disease inhibiting in him he became mortgage broker. He became regular player of the Crown Casino, Melbourne. He won many hands in the game of Texas Hold’Em. After seeing his friend winning satellite tournament of WSOP, Hachem decided to walk along with his friend and he bought his own $10,000 to get entrance in the tournament. After his first winning of $25,850 by occupying 10th place in the event $1,000 No Limit Hold’Em, he successfully converted this amount into $7.5 million.

He created history by winning large amount of money of $7.5 million in one single tournament of WSOP. He continued playing poker in next WSOP Tournament of Circuit Main Event and stood 5th in the current tournament. He returned to the city of live Las Vegas and landed 2nd in the WSOP No Limit Hold’Em event of Short Handed, and even stood 4th in the $2,500 Pot Limit Hold’Em event. He has family of four kids and a loving wife; he met her at the age of 15. He loves playing golf and dinning, even likes to smoke at a bar one of the finest cigars.
